Meko Workshop: Shared Context for Coding Agents Across the ADLC

Coding agents start every session cold. They re-derive your team’s standards, repeat last week’s mistakes, and keep what they learn in a local markdown file that no one else’s agent can read.

Why Watch?

In this two-hour hands-on workshop, Hari Krishna Sunder, Principal Engineer at YugabyteDB, and Nasi Chaudhari, Developer Advocate at YugabyteDB, will walk you through connecting your own coding agent to a Meko datapack and using it across the agentic development lifecycle.

You will review a real pull request with AgentK, an open-source review agent, have your agent write code that follows the standards stored in the datapack, and promote what you learn so a teammate’s agent can use it.

What You’ll Learn

  • How a datapack keeps a project’s conversations, memories, knowledge, and decision traces behind one MCP endpoint.
  • How to review a pull request with AgentK against coding standards stored in a shared datapack.
  • How to connect Claude, Cursor, or Codex to Meko and have your agent cite the rule it followed.
  • How to promote a private memory to shared knowledge so a teammate’s agent can answer from it.
  • How to decide where the guardrail sits at each stage, from draft-only to auto-approve above a trust bar.
